STEP ONE

Once you have booked your venue, please contact us to check availability. Currently our diary is open for 2023, but not yet for 2024. You can secure your date at this point with a booking fee of £50 and you are welcome to send over pictures of styles you like, but no worries if you’re not there yet! That’s what your consultation is for, neatly leading into....

STEP TWO

The best bit! You will be invited over to The Little Cake Parlour studio for tea and cake and a chat about all your ideas. Check out our current flavour list here. If you have any dietary requirements or have any particular flavour requests, please do let us know in advance. During the consulation we can discuss what cake designs will work with the style and size of your wedding. To help with this you are welcome to bring stationery, fabric swatches, flower styles etc to the consultation.

STEP THREE

The final stages! Around one month before your wedding we will be back in touch to finalise details and this is when the remaining balance of your cake will be due. Changes to colours and flavours can be made at this point, and you can add on any special extras that you may need for any guests with particular dietary requirements (please note we cannot guarantee any cakes are nut free).

STEP FOUR

Unless otherwise arranged, The Little Cake Parlour will personally deliver and set up your cake on the day of your wedding. We liaise with your venue to plan a convenient delivery time, and we can chat to your florist should you want fresh flowers on your cake. Cake boxes will be left at the venue with storage instructions and allergy information.

STEP FIVE

This last stage is all down to you! Have an amazing day, drink champagne, and eat cake!
